This policy covers what ByteForge collects when you visit byteforge.ae or use our products, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We're a small team and we keep data collection deliberately lean. It's a working draft and will be finalised with legal counsel before launch.
Overview
ByteForge is the trading name of Byte Forge Technologies L.L.C, an independent software studio licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Commercial Licence No. 1256204). We build and operate process-driven software — including SparkTrack — for businesses across Asia and the GCC. We collect only what we need to run this website and those products, and we keep that footprint small. This policy covers our website and the products we operate, except where a specific product carries its own notice.

Data storage & regional isolation
We build our products multi-region by design. A customer's data stays in the region they're set up in, isolated from other regions, in line with the configuration we agree with them. How long we keep data varies by product and is set out in that product's agreement.

This website uses a minimal set of cookies needed for it to function, and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers for hosting, email and infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us, under their own terms and security commitments.
